Roderick Hawkins is the visionary Founder and CEO of U.N.I.T.E Youth Solutions, bringing 20 years of experience working with at-risk youth as a youth sports coach and 14 years as a Juvenile Probation Officer. His deep empathy and insight have fostered strong connections with vulnerable youth and their families, making a positive impact on their lives.Originally from Dallas, Texas, Roderick earned his Criminal Justice Degree from Midwestern State University, where he developed a deep sense of social responsibility and a desire to drive meaningful change in the community.Drawing from his extensive experience in both professional and community work with at-risk youth, Roderick founded U.N.I.T.E Youth Solutions to offer a comprehensive approach in steering vulnerable and misguided young individuals in the right direction. Combining evidence-based strategies, innovative programs, and professional expertise, U.N.I.T.E. empowers schools, agencies, and communities to uplift and inspire young individuals facing challenges.Beyond his professional commitments, Roderick actively engages in community initiatives and volunteer work to improve the lives of underserved youth.
